Problem Note 56148: Downstream processing errors occur when input data tables are empty

In SAS® Credit Risk Management for Banking, if various input data tables are empty, downstream processing errors and notes occur.
Here are some examples of the errors:
ERROR: Argument 6 to function Bond_CF_PRC must be an array at line xyz column abc.
NOTE 484-185: Format $MAP_HAIRCUT_RATING_BUCKET was not found or could not be loaded.
ERROR 48-59: The format $MAP_HAIRCUT_RATING_BUCKET was not found or could not be loaded.
ERROR: The variable RECEIVABLE_POOL_FLG in the DROP, KEEP, or RENAME list has never been referenced.
NOTE 484-185: Format $MAP_HAIRCUT_RATING_BUCKET was not found or could not be loaded.
ERROR 48-59: The format $MAP_HAIRCUT_RATING_BUCKET was not found or could not be loaded.
ERROR: The variable RECEIVABLE_POOL_FLG in the DROP, KEEP, or RENAME list has never been referenced.
Which errors occur depends on the tables used. The tables that are involved are as follows.
- Counterparty_ratings
- Issue_ratings
- Issue_facility
- Exposure_facility
- Quote_IR
- General_provision_mart
- CRM_guarantee (and other crm_* data sets)
- Quote_funds
- Financial_book_mart
- Facility_group_mart
To work around this issue, ensure that the input data tables are populated.
